Prototype to Product

You built a prototype with AI. Here's how to make it real.

We take AI-era MVPs from working demo to production-ready product. Same team, full transparency, no rebuild.

What you get

A prototype is a promise. We make it hold up under real users.

AI can get you to a working demo fast. Getting from that demo to something you can sell, scale, and stake a raise on is a different job. Here's how we close that gap.

Technical validation of your existing prototype

We start with what you've already built. We assess the AI-generated code you have, tell you what holds up, and tell you honestly what needs to change before real users touch it.

Security and scalability review

The parts an AI demo skips. We pressure-test data handling, access, and load so the product survives contact with production, not just a controlled walkthrough.

No lost context. Same team throughout

The team that validates your prototype is the team that builds it. No handover, no re-learning your codebase, no rework. One continuous partnership from demo to live.

Fixed-scope first phase

You commit to a defined first phase with a clear price, not an open-ended engagement. You see exactly what you're getting before the next step begins.

Why the demo isn't the product

The work an AI demo skips.

A prototype is built to prove an idea works once, on your screen, with you driving. Production is the opposite job: it has to hold up when people you've never met use it in ways you didn't plan for. These are the gaps we look for first.

Access and permissions

Demos rarely lock down who can see or change what. Before real users arrive, authentication and access control have to be built properly, not bolted on after.

How data is handled

Generated code often stores and moves data in ways that are fine for a test and risky in production. We check where sensitive data lives and how it's protected.

Load and real usage

What works for one person clicking through can fall over when a hundred arrive at once. We pressure-test the parts most likely to break under real traffic.

Named proof

Prototypes we took all the way to revenue.

Contained Technologies
3× ROI
An AI-powered logistics platform that started life as a rapid prototype. Same team carried it through to a production product that returned three times its investment in the first year.
Specialized Group
Moribian
An AI recruitment proof of concept that became a standalone SaaS product now generating revenue. Proof before commitment, then a clear path from validated idea to live product.

Questions

The things founders actually ask us.

Where it holds up, yes. We start by assessing what you've already built rather than throwing it away by default. We'll tell you plainly which parts are sound and which need to be rebuilt before real users depend on them. You get an honest read, not a sales case for starting over.

Sometimes it does, and we'll say so directly if that's the case. If a rebuild is the right call, we scope it as a fixed first phase so you know the cost and the plan before committing. Even then, the context you've built up isn't lost. The same team carries your product forward.

The feasibility call takes 20 minutes and is free. From there, a first phase can typically begin within a couple of weeks. Book a call, tell us what you've built and where you're stuck, and we'll give you a straight answer on timing and the smallest sensible first step.

Honest fit

Right for some builds. Not for others.

This page is for you if

  • You have a working AI prototype and need it ready for real users
  • You want an honest read on what to keep and what to rebuild
  • You'd rather one team carry the product through than hand it off

Probably not the right fit if

  • You're still at the idea stage with nothing built yet
  • You're looking for the cheapest possible build over the right one
  • You want a hands-off vendor rather than a team that pushes back

Still at the idea stage? Our rapid prototyping page is the better place to start. If you're not sure which applies, book the call and we'll point you the right way, even if that's not us.
