Additionally, the focus includes optimizing platform performance by minimizing token usage, automating business processes, broadening system integrations, and developing a Job Ad Publishing Tool.

Offshorly met Specialized Group’s needs by providing an AI-skilled backend developer for automation through staff augmentation and building a dedicated digital team to design, develop, and manage their SaaS multiposting platform, which automates job ad creation, distribution, and candidate engagement for recruitment agencies.

Our Approach
We began with rapid prototyping and proof of concept (POC) development, starting with the CV analyzer (Datalift), while simultaneously deploying a dedicated resource for automation and integration across existing systems. As each feature—like Datalift, MoribianQA, Boolean Search Optimization, Interview Parser, and SyncedIn—was validated through live testing and client feedback, it was refined and integrated into what became the Moribian platform. Each tool followed a structured POC-to-integration process, ensuring alignment with client needs and real-world functionality. Using a hybrid scrum methodology with weekly feedback loops, we iterated quickly to optimize every feature for effective deployment.
