Website rebrand and rebuild of one of the UK’s most popular train operators Trenitalia c2c Limited. Given the content heavy nature of the site a robust CMS was required along with extreme high performance due to the heavy traffic peaks during certain times of the day.t

Thorough understanding of the business rules and integrations required to be delivered using an easy to use CMS backend for the multi-department content creators and hosted on redundant and scalable high performance VPS instancest

Built using a custom secure and high performant WordPress boilerplate, it has involved building bespoke plugins for API integration, creating a page builder like Guttenberg to give content editors flexibility while maintaining design consistency.

Our Approach
A structured application of the BRD by building the modules required in WordPress along with the API integrations following an initial Design prototype which provided all stakeholders with an interactive visual representation of the delivery goal. Agile development sprints allowed for flexibility in the final product.
