Maintain existing subsystems while developing additional subsystems to provide an integrated solution for ordering, tracking, and reporting goods movement.
The ultimate goal is to be able to reduce friction in supply chains by seamlessly connecting ERP with Government Agencies, Telemetry and other Actors using one centralized platform.
Solution
Our team tackled the challenge by analyzing existing subsystems to identify areas for improvement. We also collaborated with the business to help create its roadmap and business requirements to identify priorities and solutions for their needs.

Given the size of our project, with multiple subsystems and a long roadmap, we adopted an agile approach and we each subsystem as a separate project. Our process involves business analysis, design, build, QA, and delivery – each step involves collaborating with business and users to gather feedback. This allows us to prioritize and to address feedback promptly to ensure we create a valuable system that meets the needs of users.
