Our Design
Our process began with a detailed exploration of the UK ESG compliance landscape to map out the user journey and determine the best ways to simplify complex regulatory concepts. We created a sitemap and user flows that emphasized ease of navigation across the platform’s modular ESG categories. Wireframes focused on intuitive data input experiences—such as checklists, file uploads, and questionnaires—while ensuring traceability and transparency for compliance tasks.
In terms of visual design, we crafted a clean, scalable interface that aligns with both government and industry standards, while using subtle design cues to assist in user guidance. We prioritized responsiveness and clarity, given the range of user expertise. Each sprint focused on one ESG taxonomy and its data collection method, allowing us to design and validate screens with real user feedback every two weeks. This agile-aligned design process ensured that every feature delivered had both form and function, leading to a prototype ready for iterative development and integration.
