We designed a secure, modern web ecosystem for Briix to complement its mobile-first experience. The Retail Web App enabled user onboarding (with e‑KYC) and profile management, while the Wholesale Platform offered investors tools for loan applications, property development, portfolio tracking, and financial dashboards — all aimed at delivering a seamless, efficient platform for property investors.

Briix needed a cohesive web experience to sit alongside its existing mobile app. For retail users, the priority was seamless onboarding—secure registration, e‑KYC compliance, personal and company profile management, and settings customization. The solution had to ensure ease of use, trust, and regulatory compliance (such as ISO 27001:2022, AFTECH, OJK licensing).
In parallel, the wholesale platform had to support more complex workflows: investors applying for loans to finance property development, initiating projects, tracking milestones, and managing finances. Key features included progress visualization, budget monitoring, and document submission flows. Security, data clarity, and intuitive navigation were paramount to allow busy investors to manage deals confidently.
Our Design
We started by mapping dual user journeys—retail investors and wholesale/professional investors—with workshops to identify unique needs and decision points. This led to two distinct but visually cohesive platforms sharing brand language and security-first UI patterns.
Retail Web App:
- Created registration and login flows with embedded e‑KYC experience supported by clear progress indicators.
- Developed profile and company setup pages allowing users to manage personal info and corporate entities.
- Built a preferences dashboard for users to control notifications, data sharing, and linked accounts.
Wholesale Platform:
- Designed a multi-step loan application interface guiding users through forms, document uploads, and progress tracking.
- Developed a project dashboard summarizing property development status, financials (budgets, expenditure, returns), and milestone tracking.
- Implemented data visualizations—charts, tables, timelines—for at‑a‑glance insights into loan utilization and asset performance.Visually, we mirrored the brand’s sleek, modern fintech aesthetic—clean layouts, data-strong UI, trust indicators (ISO, regulatory badges), and consistent iconography. Interactive elements like status bars, editable forms, and financial charts reinforced transparency and control. We delivered an interactive Figma prototype demonstrating web and mobile workflows, helping Briix’s development team seamlessly implement the design.
