Commonhealth is a wellness app that helps users, especially seniors and people with chronic conditions, build healthy habits through daily check-ins, progress tracking, and rewards. It blends simple health routines with motivation features to support long-term well-being.
The Brief · The Brief · The Brief
The client wanted to create a health app that was simple, friendly, and helpful — especially for users who may not be tech-savvy or who manage ongoing health concerns. The challenge was to design a flow that makes it easy to log habits and feel rewarded, while keeping everything accessible and clear. The experience had to guide users gently, whether they were new to digital health tools or returning to rebuild consistency.
Our Design
I designed the full UX and UI for the app, starting with wireframes that mapped out essential user journeys — from onboarding and habit selection to daily check-ins and reward tracking. The interface was designed with clarity and accessibility in mind, using large touch areas, clean text, and a calm, welcoming tone.
We focused on reducing friction at every step, so users could track habits without confusion or overwhelm. Visual progress, gentle prompts, and easy-to-understand rewards were added to keep motivation high. The final prototype captured both the warmth and function of the product, and helped move the app into the next phase of development.
