Through the app, users can easily browse grooming services, schedule appointments, and manage their bookings—all from one intuitive interface. Vendors can manage their service offerings, availability, and appointments, while the admin oversees platform activity and operations.

The Rufff team approached us to design a seamless multi-user platform that simplifies pet grooming bookings for customers, while also empowering vendors to run their operations efficiently. They needed a clean, friendly, and trustworthy brand look that would resonate with pet owners while maintaining a professional backend experience for vendors and admins. Key goals included streamlining the booking process, designing user-specific dashboards, and ensuring the overall flow worked effortlessly across devices.
Our Design
Rufff provided us with a clear brief and brand guidelines, which set the tone for the visual direction and tone of the platform. Starting from there, we created a detailed sitemap to outline the key flows for customers, vendors, and admin users. This allowed us to map out core functionalities and ensure a smooth user experience across roles.
We then moved into low-fidelity wireframes, focusing on user journeys such as booking a service, managing appointments, and handling platform administration. With feedback incorporated at each stage, we transitioned into high-fidelity mobile prototypes that brought the experience to life. Since Rufff is designed primarily for mobile users, we prioritized accessibility, clarity, and intuitive interactions throughout. The result is a cohesive, user-friendly app tailored to the needs of each user group.
