When Can I Enroll1
Open to currently enrolled students, ideally in their 4th year in college. However, we are open to exceptions for outstanding candidates who show strong potential, even if they’re in
earlier years.Bootcamp and training run for 3 months, with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments. After the 3-month training period, trainees will be assessed to determine if they’re commercially ready — meaning they can work independently and take on a full-time engagement.
Scholarship assessment and selection are ongoing, based on availability and fit.

How Do I Apply2
There are two ways to join the program:
1. Bootcamp Participation (ToucanGrow Open Program) As a student, you seek real-world experience in design, development, QA, and tech like Full Stack and AI. Our bootcamp is for students wanting to level up, offering live project experience, mentorship, and a chance to join our team before graduation.
2. Scholarship-Based Opportunities (Selective Program)
You’re a determined student with big dreams. Talented and hardworking, you’ll undergo assessments and interviews. If you align with our values, we’ll offer financial assistance for your education, aiming for you to join our team after graduation.
