OUTSOURCING RESOURCE
Our simple pricing model charges the salary of the resource +$750 per month
The fee reflects the following:
- Established recruitment process and technical vetting.
- Equipment, software and infrastructure support to guarantee productivity from your remote resource.
- Onboarding, training, setting objectives and monitoring.
- Involvement in the team and our culture – including events, stand ups and offsets to provide a sense of belonging even though remote working.
- Account management
- Marketing, sales and operational costs of the business.
