AI automation agency
Automation built to pay for itself, one process at a time.
Offshorly is a UK-led AI automation agency. We find the manual process that costs you most, prove a fix in three days at a fixed price, then build AI agents and automations into the systems you already run, and stay to run and improve them. For one US mortgage lender, the first tool cut a review that took about 50 minutes to 15, saving more than $40,000 a month.
AI automation services for the work your team does by hand
High-volume, rule-heavy work with a clear cost is where automation pays back fastest, and where the difference is easiest to measure.
Document and file review
AI that reads every page, including scanned pages, photos and forms, checks it against your rules and flags what needs a person.
Compliance checks
Checklist-driven verification your own experts can edit, with live guideline lookups and the final decision kept with your team.
Data extraction
Details pulled from messy documents into the systems you run, so nobody copies data between screens.
Document generation
Documents that today go to staff or outside providers, produced from your own data and templates.
Pricing and valuation
Checklist-driven pricing and valuation work done the same way every time, with a person approving the result.
Matching and sorting
Candidates matched to job specs, documents matched to the right customer’s rules, records sorted at volume.
Meeting transcripts
Live call transcripts that tag the right speaker, feeding the summaries and actions your team works from.
Agents for routine admin
Agents that take routine admin off your people, with checks on what they do and a named developer accountable for the result.
Not sure your process fits? The free consultation tells you, and says so if it doesn’t.
Built into your systems, not bolted on.
A tool that works in a demo still has to read your data, write back to your systems and fit the way your people work. That last step is where the real work is. Our team builds inside your business: it learns the process from the people who do it and connects directly to the platforms you run, from CRM, ERP, finance and HR to payments, legacy systems and vendor APIs, without lock-in.
Your people keep the final say. AI does the volume, queues and workspaces put each decision in front of the right person, and your own experts edit the rules the AI checks against. For the lender, that meant tools wired straight into its loan origination system, with checklists its own experts can edit.
An AI agent, a simpler automation, or both?
We build whichever the work needs, and say so when the cheaper option will do.
Fixed rules, clean data: a straightforward automation is cheaper to build and run. If that’s all the process needs, that’s what we recommend.
Messy inputs: scanned files, free text, photos and forms need an AI model that can read them. That’s where AI earns its cost.
Judgement across several steps: an AI agent works through the steps across your tools and data, within limits on what it may change, with a named developer accountable for what it does.
A person where it matters: every build keeps your people on the decisions that carry risk, in a queue or workspace made for the job.
Not sure which your process needs? Describe it in the form below and we’ll tell you.
US mortgage lender
From one 50-minute review to $175,000 a month saved, in under nine months.
A high-volume lender processing thousands of loans a month had already chosen the manual processes it wanted to replace, one at a time. A previous vendor had spent $84,000 over three months without delivering anything usable. The savings below are the lender’s own estimates from its cost data.
The first process: a core document review that took credentialed staff about 50 minutes a file, hundreds of times a month.
The first tool: cut that review to 15 minutes, a 70% reduction. At the lender’s volume it saved more than $40,000 a month and justified the whole engagement.
The next processes: compliance checklists completed by hand and document generation paid to outside providers, automated one at a time.
Under nine months: 12+ AI tools in production across compliance, document generation, pricing and valuation, saving $175,000+ a month across three core workflows.
What the team built
- AI review of documents and appraisals, including scanned pages, photos and forms
- A real-time queue and workspace where underwriters make the final decision
- Checklist-driven verification that the lender’s own experts can edit, with live guideline lookups
- A cloud backend built for review at volume
- Direct integration with the lender’s loan origination system
“I view these solutions as permanent replacements for legacy processes, not a series of projects, but an operating model that will require ongoing investment, maintenance, and iteration for years. What Offshorly has built with us is not a vendor relationship. It’s a technology function.”
Automation that keeps working after launch.
Our teams stay with what they build. When something goes wrong in production, they find the real cause and fix it properly. Two examples, written up by the engineers who did the work:
A compliance AI, kept accurate
AI agents for diagnosisWhen users pushed back on a compliance AI’s flags, each case became a ticket with a guessed cause, and the guesses were often wrong. One of our engineers built a read-only tool with three specialist agents and an orchestrator that checks the source documents and audit trail before naming a cause. Read how it works
- Built after users disagreed with the AI’s flags
- One agent each for the finding, the governing guideline and the live data
- An orchestrator that checks source documents and the audit trail
- Diagnoses only: it never applies a fix on its own
- Flags cases where the data changed after the original review
- Daily tickets down from more than 140 to about 20 on average, in around six weeks
A document pipeline, fixed at the root
Production document processingA customer reported one wrong number in one field. The cause was a matching rule applying another customer’s rule set. The fix changed one shared rule without changing it for anyone else. Read the fix
- In a pipeline that reads documents and extracts data for many customers
- Reported as one wrong number in one field
- Traced to a shared rule applying the wrong customer’s settings
- Fixed without changing any other customer’s results
- A second bug, introduced during the fix, caught before release
Every fix goes through the same peer review and security scan as any other change before it reaches you.
One process first. Measured before the next.
The same steps whether you end up with one automation or a dozen.
1.
Free ROI consultation
We look at how the work runs today and find the manual process that costs you most. If none is worth automating, we say so.
2.
A proof of concept in three days
A working tool on that process, at a fixed price agreed up front, with the before-and-after costed in your own numbers.
3.
Built into your systems
The team builds it into the platforms you already run, with your people deciding where they stay in the loop.
4.
Rolled out and measured
Your team uses it day to day, and we measure the new process against the old one: time per item, volume and cost.
5.
Run, improve, next process
The team stays, maintains what it built, fixes what breaks and moves on to the next process on your list.
How we keep AI automation accurate
Checks built in from the first build
Every automation is designed around the mistakes AI makes, so your people catch the few that matter instead of rechecking everything.
Checks that catch what AI gets wrong
Every tool ships with checks on its output, and anything it can’t settle goes to a person.
Your experts own the rules
The checklists and guidelines the AI works to are editable by your own people, so the rules stay current without waiting for a developer.
A person accountable for every output
Agents do the volume, and a named developer owns the result.
Measured against the old process
Time per item, monthly volume and cost, from your own data, so the improvement is a number rather than a claim.
Your code, your IP, your data
Everything belongs to you from day one. You decide what data the AI can access and where it’s processed.
Reviewed before it reaches you
Every change is peer-reviewed and security-scanned, and you see the work in GitLab, the Jira board and two-week sprint demos.

Honest about what not to automate
If a process is better fixed another way, or left alone, we tell you at the consultation, before you spend anything.
What AI automation costs
From $4,500 per team member per month
The ROI consultation is free. The three-day proof of concept is quoted at a fixed price before it starts. After that, a dedicated team builds and runs the automation on a fixed monthly fee per member, starting with one engineer, with part-time roles charged pro rata. If you’d rather buy one defined build, it starts with one fixed price, up to $5,000, for scoping, analysis and a working prototype, then a fixed price for the build.
Included with every team and build:
- Recruitment, training and assessment of everyone on the work
- Project management and British account management from our UK leadership team
- Replacement at no cost if someone isn’t the right fit or moves on
- Every improvement from our AI R&D team, as it is found
- Peer review and security scanning on every change
- No recruitment fees, no HR overhead, and no notice periods to manage
Starting from nothing? The consultation is free, and the proof of concept is quoted at a fixed price before we start.
Right for some processes.
Not for others.
This is for you if:
- You have high-volume manual work you can put a cost on
- The same data gets typed into more than one system
- Someone senior in the business will own the outcome
- You want the automation maintained and improved, not handed over and left
- You’ve tried a tool or a vendor and it hasn’t delivered
Probably not the right fit if:
- The process runs a few times a month, so the savings won’t add up
- An off-the-shelf tool already does the job well. We’ll tell you if so.
- You want a chatbot so the pitch deck can say “AI”
- You expect AI to replace your people rather than change what they spend their time on
Not sure which applies? Tell us in the form below. We’ll point you the right way, even if that isn’t us.

Questions people ask an AI automation agency
-
What does an AI automation agency do?1
It finds the manual, repetitive work that costs a business the most, builds AI tools and agents that take it on inside the systems the business already runs, and keeps them working. Offshorly does this with dedicated teams and fixed-scope builds, from a free consultation to tools in daily use.
-
Which processes are best suited to AI automation?2
High-volume, rule-heavy work with a clear cost: document and file review, compliance checks, data extraction, document generation, matching and sorting, and checklist-driven decisions such as pricing. The messier the inputs, the more AI earns its cost over simpler automation.
-
What’s the difference between AI automation and RPA?3
RPA (robotic process automation) repeats fixed steps on screen, which works when inputs are clean and never change. AI automation can read unstructured inputs such as scanned files, emails and forms, and apply judgement within the rules you set. Many processes need a mix, and we build whichever fits.
-
What is AI agent development?4
Building AI agents: software that works through several steps on its own, across your tools and data, within limits you set and with a person accountable for it. Our engineers built a set of read-only agents that diagnose disputed compliance flags, and daily tickets fell from more than 140 to about 20. See how it works.
-
How much does AI automation cost?5
We price in stages. The ROI consultation is free. The three-day proof of concept is quoted at a fixed price before it starts. A dedicated team is from $4,500 per team member per month. A fixed-scope build starts with one fixed price, up to $5,000, for scoping, analysis and a prototype, then a fixed price for the build.
-
How long does an AI automation project take?6
A proof of concept takes three days, and most teams are operational within weeks. The lender’s first tool was measured and paying back before the team grew, and it had 12+ tools in production in under nine months.
-
Will it work with our existing systems?7
Yes. We connect directly to the platforms you run: CRM, ERP, finance, HR, payments, legacy systems and vendor APIs, without lock-in. The lender’s tools plug straight into its loan origination system.
-
How do you keep AI automation accurate?8
Every tool ships with checks on its output, your own experts edit the rules it works to, and anything it can’t settle goes to a person. After go-live, the team that built it stays to find and fix what goes wrong.
-
Do our people stay in control?9
Yes. AI does the volume and your people make the decisions that carry risk, in queues and workspaces made for the job. At the lender, underwriters make the final decision in a real-time review queue.
-
Do we need clean data or an AI strategy first?10
No. The consultation finds the process and the business case with you, and tools that read messy inputs, such as scanned pages, photos and forms, are part of the job. You need someone senior who will own the outcome, and people who know the work.
-
Who owns the automations, the code and the data?11
You do, from day one, with full access to the repository and the project board. You decide what data the AI can access and where it’s processed.
-
Will AI automation replace our staff?12
Our builds change what your people spend their time on rather than replacing them: AI takes the volume and the copying, and your people keep the decisions that need judgement.
-
What happens when something breaks after go-live?13
The team that built it fixes it, at the root. When a meeting assistant kept tagging the wrong speaker, the fix was aligning transcripts by word-level timestamps instead of clock times, checked on real meetings before it went live. Read how.
-
Where is your team, and who will we deal with?14
Our team works from the Philippines under UK leadership, with hours that overlap the UK, the US and Australia. Day to day you work with a project manager, and your account lead is British, from our UK leadership team.
Tell us which process costs you the most.
A rough idea is enough. We’ll reply within one business day with an honest view on whether automating it would pay back, and what the first step would cost.
- Free ROI consultation
- An honest assessment, even if we’re not the answer
- Fixed prices before any work starts
- UK-led since 2014
No lengthy process.
