Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Offshorly collects through offshorly.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Offshorly Ltd is responsible for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 10575851, with our registered office at 10 Foundry Road, Stamford, Lincs, PE9 2PY.
Privacy questions: hello@offshorly.com
What we collect
When you send us a brief through our contact form, we collect:
- your name, company and email address
- what you are looking for and the project details you write
- when you want to start and where you heard about us
When you book a call through the booking form on some of our pages, we collect your name, email address, your answers to its questions and the time you choose. We keep these details in our own customer records, and the booking itself is handled by Cal.com.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects usage information: the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country or city). This does not tell us who you are.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it, and why we are allowed to
- To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. You asked us to, and answering business enquiries is our legitimate interest. It is also a step before a possible contract with you.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site. This is our legitimate interest, and you can switch analytics off at any time (see Cookies below).
- To keep the site secure and stop spam. This is our legitimate interest.
- To keep the business records the law requires us to keep.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who can see it
- Our team in the UK and the Philippines, when they need it to answer you.
- Google, which provides our email (Google Workspace) and Google Analytics.
- Cal.com, which handles call bookings.
- The company that hosts our website.
These providers only use your information on our instructions. We may also share it if the law requires us to.
Information that leaves the UK
Our delivery team works from the Philippines, so your enquiry may be read there. We protect these transfers with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA). Google and Cal.com may process data outside the UK, using safeguards approved under UK law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not turn into work: 2 years from our last contact, then deleted.
- If you become a client: for the length of our contract, plus 6 years for tax and legal records.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google Analytics.
Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies, which remember your cookie choices.
- Google Analytics cookies (their names start with _ga), which count visits and show which pages are useful.
You can switch analytics cookies off at any time in the cookie settings on this site.
The booking calendar on some pages is provided by Cal.com, which may set its own cookies when you use it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it, including for analytics
- send it to you or to another company in a common format
Email hello@offshorly.com. We will reply within one month, free of charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, tell us first at hello@offshorly.com and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Our site links to other websites, such as Clutch and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If the way we use information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
