AI development services
Proven on one process
before you commit.
Offshorly is a UK-led AI development company. Our team of 65+ engineers, developers, designers and project managers works from the Philippines, under UK leadership, with British account management. We build AI tools for your operations and AI into your product: a free ROI consultation first, a fixed-price proof of concept in three days, then a dedicated team that builds, runs and improves what it ships.
What our AI development services cover
Everything below is built by our own engineers, into the systems you already run, and measured against how the work ran before.
AI for your operations
Document, file and compliance review, data extraction from messy documents, document generation, and checklist-driven decisions such as pricing and valuation.
AI agents and automation
Agents for routine admin, with queues and workspaces where your people make the final call, and checks that catch what AI gets wrong.
AI in your product
Conversational assistants, search and answers over your own data, classification at scale, generative tools and agentic workflows built into the core of your product.
Integration with what you already run
Direct connections to the systems you already run: CRM, ERP, finance, HR, payments, legacy platforms and vendor APIs, wired in without lock-in.
A proof of concept before the budget
A free ROI consultation finds the process that costs you most. Then a working tool on it in three days, at a fixed price agreed up front.
Rapid prototypes
Real, working code in one to two weeks when you need to validate an idea before committing to a full build.
Custom software and platforms
Bespoke platforms for established businesses and startups: scoping and business analysis, a working prototype, the full build and long-term support.
Training for your existing team
Your developers brought onto the same playbooks and training our own teams use, with a baseline measured first and the gain measured against it.
Every build is measured against how the work ran before, and you own the code, the IP and the data from day one.
Built inside your business, not delivered to it.
Most AI development is done at arm’s length: you write a brief, a vendor builds to it and hands it over. Our teams work inside your business. They join your meetings, learn your processes and your data, and talk to the people doing the work. That is how they find the savings a brief never mentions, and how they build tools your people actually use.
Every build is measured against how the work ran before, and the team stays as long as there is work worth doing: maintaining what it has built, improving it, and moving on to the next process.
Four ways to buy AI development.
All priced before you commit.
Start where the risk is smallest and grow from there. Every route below is priced before any work starts.
Free ROI consultation and a three-day proof of concept: the consultation is free. The proof of concept is scoped on that call and quoted at a fixed price before anything starts. You get a working tool on your own process and the numbers behind it, whatever you decide next.
A dedicated AI development team: AI engineers and developers, with the tech lead, project manager, QA and design the roadmap needs, working only for you. From $4,500 per team member per month, starting with a single engineer, part-time roles pro rata.
A fixed-scope build: one fixed price takes you from scoping and business analysis to a working prototype, up to $5,000, with a credible cost for the full build. Then a fixed-price build or a managed team, your call.
AI for the software you already pay for: automating workflows, surfacing insight and joining data across the tools you run, without ripping anything out. One focused service for getting more out of your SaaS stack.

US mortgage lender
Three developers to $175,000 a month in savings, in under nine months.
A high-volume lender processing thousands of loans a month came to us after a previous vendor had spent $84,000 and three months without delivering anything usable. Building an AI team in-house cost too much to consider, so it started small and measured everything.
The start: three developers and one target, a document review that took credentialed staff 45 to 50 minutes per file.
The first tool: cut that review to 15 minutes. At the lender’s volume it saved more than $40,000 a month and paid for the whole engagement.
As the tools proved themselves: the team grew to more than ten people, including a tech lead and a project manager, with the savings from each tool paying for the next.
Under nine months: 12+ AI tools in production across compliance, document generation, pricing and valuation, saving $175,000+ a month across three core workflows.
What the team built
- AI review of documents and appraisals, including scanned pages, photos and forms
- A real-time queue and workspace where underwriters make the final decision
- Checklist-driven verification that the lender’s own experts can edit, with live guideline lookups
- A cloud backend built for review at volume
- Direct integration with the lender’s loan origination system
“I view these solutions as permanent replacements for legacy processes, not a series of projects, but an operating model that will require ongoing investment, maintenance, and iteration for years. What Offshorly has built with us is not a vendor relationship. It’s a technology function.”
Two more clients, two different starting points.
One started with a single person. One started with a proof of concept. Both are still running on what was built. Savings and return figures on this page are the clients’ own estimates from their operational data, not projections.

Contained Technologies
Logistics and supply chainAn AI product that started as a rapid proof of concept, carried by the same team through to a production platform that returned three times its investment. Read the case study
- Prototype first, then a long-term managed team
- 3x ROI achieved in one year
- AI efficiencies built into the product
- Logistics platform scaled with the business
- On Clutch: “Unrivalled in 25 years experience.”
Where we have put AI into production: mortgage lending (document and appraisal review, due diligence agents, document automation), recruitment (candidate and job spec ingestion, augmentation and matching), logistics, ESG reporting (an AI-driven reporting suite for environmental standards), customer service and AI-native products, education and professional services.
Small first. Measured at every step.
The same five steps whether you end up with one tool or a dozen. Nothing moves to the next step until the last one has a number against it.
1.
Free ROI consultation
We look at how the work runs today and find the manual process that costs you most each month. If there isn’t one worth automating, we say so.
2.
A proof of concept in three days
A working tool on that process, at a fixed price agreed up front, with the before-and-after costed in your own numbers.
3.
Scope and price the first build
From the proof of concept we agree the roles the build needs, or a fixed scope, and put a price on it before any more work starts.
4.
Built into your systems
The team builds the first tool into the systems you already run, and you measure the difference against how the work ran before.
5.
Run, measure, grow
The team stays, maintains what it built and moves to the next process. Add roles as the roadmap grows, or scale down when the work slows.
The system behind every build
Your build doesn’t start from scratch
Anyone can hire developers who use AI. What you get from us is a team that works to a proven standard, with continuous training built in, so the quality doesn’t depend on who happens to be on the project.
Playbooks, not personal habits
Tested workflows that cover which models handle which work, weighing cost as well as quality, how work is set up so agents can take it on, and the quality checks that catch mistakes before they ship. In our own team they produced a measured 40 to 60% productivity gain.
A dedicated AI R&D team
Four people whose only job is testing models, tools and ways of working. When they find something better, it reaches every build, including yours.
Trained and assessed before they reach you
Every engineer, designer and QA comes through our training and assessment programme, and we assess where each person lands rather than assuming. 100% of our development team builds with AI.
A person accountable for every output
Agents do the volume, and a named developer owns the result. That rule is built into how every team works, which is why speed hasn’t cost us quality.
Your code, your IP, your data
Everything the team builds belongs to you from day one. You decide what data the AI can access and where it is processed. Every change is peer-reviewed and security-scanned before it reaches you.
Full visibility
GitLab access, the Jira board, daily standups and two-week sprints with demos. If something isn’t working, you hear it from us first.
A UK-led AI development company, built in the Philippines since 2014.
UK leadership, British account management
Your account lead is British, comes from our UK leadership team and is your single point of escalation. We have run the company from the UK since 2014.
Experienced engineers in the Philippines
English-speaking, trained and assessed on our playbooks, with a working day that overlaps the UK, the US and Australia. That is what makes a full AI team affordable for businesses that could not justify one onshore.
65+ people, and not only developers
Engineers, developers, designers, QA and project managers on one team, so a build gets every role it needs without you hiring any of them.
Rated 4.9 on Clutch from 27 verified reviews
And named a Clutch Global Award winner for Custom Software Development in Summer 2026. 91% of our clients stayed with us in 2025.
Honest counsel, before you spend
If AI isn’t the right answer for a problem, we tell you at the consultation. Some processes are better fixed another way, or left alone.
Capability that stays with you
The playbooks live in your repository from day one, and if someone moves on we replace them at no cost. The knowledge stays with the team, not with one person.
Priced in stages. Nothing committed before it is costed.
From $4,500 per team member per month
The consultation is free. The proof of concept is quoted at a fixed price before we start. A dedicated team is on a fixed monthly fee per member, with part-time roles charged pro rata. A fixed-scope build starts with one fixed price for scoping, analysis and a working prototype, up to $5,000, then a fixed price for the build.
Included with every team and build:
- Recruitment, training and assessment of everyone on the work
- Project management and British account management from our UK leadership team
- Replacement at no cost if someone isn’t the right fit or moves on
- Every improvement from our AI R&D team, as it is found
- Peer review and security scanning on every change
- No recruitment fees, no HR overhead, and no notice periods to manage
Not sure where to start? The ROI consultation is free, and the three-day proof of concept is quoted at a fixed price before we start. Most clients begin there.
Right for some businesses.
Not for others.
This is for you if:
- You have high-volume manual work, or an AI product roadmap, that you can put a cost on
- You have the budget for a dedicated team or a fixed-scope build. Our AI clients range from funded startups to established mid-sized businesses.
- You want capability that lasts and grows, not a one-off project
- You’ve tried to hire for this, or a vendor hasn’t delivered
- Someone senior in the business will own the outcome
Probably not the right fit if:
- You want a packaged product rather than something built for your workflow. Off-the-shelf software may serve you better, and we will say so.
- You want a chatbot so the pitch deck can say “AI”
- Your processes are low-volume, so the savings won’t add up
- You’re exploring AI in the abstract, with no specific process or product in mind
Not sure which applies? Tell us in the form below. We’ll point you the right way, even if that isn’t us.

Questions people ask an AI development company
-
What is an AI development company?1
A company that builds AI tools and AI features for other businesses: the models, prompts and agents, the software around them, the connections to the systems the business already runs, and then keeps them working in production. Offshorly does this with dedicated teams and fixed-scope builds, from a free consultation to tools in daily use.
-
What do AI development services include?2
Finding the right process to automate, proving it on a small build, then building, integrating, testing, running and improving the tools. In practice that means AI review and extraction for documents, agents for routine work, assistants and search for your product, and the backend, workspaces and integrations that make them usable by your people.
-
How much do AI development services cost?3
It depends on what you build, so we price in stages. The ROI consultation is free. The proof of concept is quoted at a fixed price before it starts. A dedicated team is from $4,500 per team member per month. A fixed-scope build starts with one fixed price for scoping, analysis and a prototype, up to $5,000, then a fixed price for the build, so you know the cost before you commit.
-
How long does an AI project take?4
A proof of concept takes three days. A dedicated team is usually operational within weeks. Our mortgage lending client went from one build to 12+ tools in production in under nine months, with the first tool measured and paying for itself before the team grew.
-
Do we need our own AI strategy or data team first?5
No. The consultation finds the process and the business case with you. You need someone senior who will own the outcome, and people who know the work, because the best tools let your own experts edit the rules. Our lending client’s compliance staff maintain the checklists the AI reviews against.
-
Which AI models and tools do you use?6
Whichever handles the work best at the right cost. Our playbooks set which models handle which work, and vision models read scanned pages, photographs and forms where a file isn’t clean digital text. Our R&D team tests models and tools continuously so that choice stays current.
-
Who owns the code, the IP and the data?7
You do, from day one, with full access to the repository and the project board. You decide what data the AI can access and where it is processed.
-
Where is the team, and what hours does it work?8
In the Philippines, under UK leadership, with a British account lead. The working day overlaps with the UK, the US and Australia, and the team works inside your tools and processes.
-
Can you work alongside our own developers?9
Yes. Some clients add our engineers to their own team, and some have us train their developers on the same playbooks as well. Either way, everyone works to one standard.
-
Do you work with startups or established businesses?10
Both. Funded startups building AI into a product, and established businesses automating the manual work that costs them most. The lender was an established business; EBI AI was a company building its first AI product.
-
What industries have you built AI for?11
Mortgage lending, logistics, ESG reporting, recruitment, customer service, education and AI-native products. The common thread is high-volume, rule-heavy work with a clear cost to run by hand, which is where AI is strongest and easiest to measure.
-
What if AI isn’t the right answer for our problem?12
We’ll tell you. Some processes are better fixed another way, or left alone. We’d rather say that at the consultation than build something that won’t pay back.
-
How do you measure results?13
The new process against the old one: time per unit, monthly volume, dollars saved, from your own cost data. Where we train an existing team we measure a baseline first, so any improvement is a number rather than a claim.
-
What happens if someone on the team leaves?14
We replace them, and you don’t pay for the gap. Because the work runs from shared playbooks and documentation, the knowledge stays with the team, and a new person reaches the same standard quickly.
Tell us which process costs you the most.
A rough idea is enough. We’ll reply within one business day with an honest view on whether AI would pay for itself, and what the first step would cost.
- Free ROI consultation
- An honest assessment, even if we’re not the answer
- Fixed prices before any work starts
- UK-led since 2014
No lengthy process.
