HRoes
How an HR platform replaced three logins with one unified product, delivered in nine weeks
HRoes was running three separate products (an HR platform, an eLearning portal, and a consultancy service) with no single place for clients to access them. Offshorly built one. Delivered in nine weeks on a fixed price, the unified platform now gives every HRoes client a single login, AI-assisted triage, and a consultancy experience that scales.

HRoes
HRoes is a UK-based HR technology and consultancy business. They provide clients with an HR SaaS platform, an eLearning environment built on LearnWorlds, and access to qualified HR consultants. The three products served the same customers but operated as entirely separate systems, each with its own login, interface, and experience.
Three products. Three logins. One frustrated user experience.
HRoes’ clients were navigating between a SaaS HR platform, a separate eLearning portal, and a consultancy tool with no shared context or authentication. Every time a user needed to switch products, they started over. For a business positioning itself as an integrated HR partner, that fragmentation undermined the promise.
The ask was complex. HRoes needed a centralised dashboard connecting all three platforms through single sign-on, a brand new consultancy and advice application built from scratch, and white-labelling capability so their reseller partners could deploy the product under their own brand. All of it needed to be production-ready within a fixed budget.
Replace multiple logins with a single SSO via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD B2C), with optional MFA
Develop TriageAI, a chatbot seeded with UK employment law and policy data, to handle initial consultancy enquiries
Build a unified Angular dashboard connecting the HR portal, eLearning, and a new consultancy app through permission-driven product cards
Enable subdomain-based white-labelling for HRoes resellers, with company-specific AI policy configurations
One dashboard. A new app. Enterprise identity. Nine weeks.
We treated this as two parallel workstreams: infrastructure and identity, and application development. On the infrastructure side, we set up secure domains, SSL certificates, and dev, staging, and production environments, then implemented centralised authentication via Microsoft Entra ID with SSO across all three products.
On the application side, we built two connected products. The unified dashboard is an Angular-based portal that surfaces the HR SaaS platform, LearnWorlds, and the new consultancy app through a single authenticated session, with permission controls determining what each user sees. The Consultancy and Advice Application comprises three modules: an Inquiries module for submitting and managing HR queries, a TriageAI chatbot powered by UK employment law and policy data that handles initial assessment before routing to a consultant, and a searchable FAQ module with full content management.
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD B2C) for centralised SSO with optional MFA
TriageAI chatbot with UK employment law data, company-specific policy support
FAQ module with search, category management, and full CMS control
Angular unified dashboard with permission-driven product card navigation
Inquiries module with filtering, assignment, and consultant email notifications
Subdomain-based white-labelling for reseller deployments
Four sprints. No surprises.
The sprint structure kept every stakeholder aligned throughout. Scope was confirmed before each sprint started, and demos gave HRoes clear visibility at every milestone.
Foundation
Infrastructure, SSL, environments, centralised login, unified dashboard with product card navigation, and the Consultancy Inquiries module.
Intelligence & Identity
TriageAI chatbot with UK employment law data, inquiry filtering and assignment, and SSO integration across the HR portal and consultancy app.
Configuration & Branding
FAQ module, consultant email notifications, white-labelling, company-specific AI policy support, and admin permission toggles.
Testing & Go-Live
End-to-end testing, UAT with the HRoes team, final sign-off, and production deployment.
Production-ready. On time. Within budget.
from project kickoff to production go-live
Three separate products, a new application, enterprise identity infrastructure, and white-labelling, all within a fixed budget and a defined timeline. Every sprint hit its targets. The final sign-off session ran as scheduled and the platform went live in the third week of May 2026.
HRoes now has a single product experience. Clients log in once and move between their HR platform, learning content, and consultancy support without re-authenticating. TriageAI handles initial triage before routing to a consultant, reducing the burden on the advisory team. Resellers can deploy the platform under their own brand through subdomain-based theming, with no custom development required for each deployment.
The consultancy app was built from scratch within the same engagement. It is now a live product HRoes can extend.
The Signal
HRoes brought Offshorly a scope that involved enterprise identity infrastructure, a new product build, and a tight fixed-price budget. The team delivered all of it. That is what a fixed-price engagement with Offshorly looks like.
