Overview

Transcend is a self-service leadership platform helping individuals grow with a structured, personalized approach. It combines a leadership blueprint with tailored plans, guiding users through self-assessment, feedback, and progress tracking—empowering leaders to own their growth.

The Brief

Peak Leadership Institute aimed to translate their leadership development methodology into a scalable digital product that could be accessed independently by users.

The goal was to create an intuitive platform that simplifies complex leadership frameworks into a guided, step-by-step experience while maintaining the depth and credibility of their programs.

A key requirement was to design a system that not only delivers personalized development plans based on assessments but also encourages ongoing engagement. This included integrating collaborative elements such as peer feedback, stakeholder involvement, and regular progress check-ins to mirror real-world leadership development practices.

OUR DESIGN

We centered the experience around a highly intuitive, step-by-step self-assessment that guides users through evaluating their leadership capabilities in a clear and approachable way.

The flow was designed to feel structured yet lightweight, breaking down complex reflection into manageable steps that users can complete with confidence and clarity.

From these insights, the platform dynamically surfaces key strengths to expand and areas for improvement, translating abstract results into actionable focus points. We then designed a detailed, week-by-week development plan that helps users put these insights into practice—combining guided actions, peer input, and regular check-ins. This ensures that leadership growth is not just reflective, but consistently applied and sustained over time.
