This AI-powered platform helps teams organize information, streamline workflows, and improve collaboration through a centralized, intelligent interface. Combining knowledge management with AI support, it enables more efficient work and better communication.
The client wanted to integrate AI into their internal workflows to improve how teams access information, collaborate, and complete tasks.
The goal was to design a platform that reduces friction in day-to-day operations by making knowledge more accessible and enabling smarter, faster decision-making across teams.
A key requirement was to create a system that supports both content management and team collaboration—allowing users to easily find relevant information, contribute knowledge, and stay aligned with others. The experience needed to be intuitive for non-technical users while still being robust enough to support complex internal processes.
We worked closely with the client team throughout the project, not only through scheduled meetings but also through continuous day-to-day collaboration in Slack and Figma.
This allowed for fast feedback loops, rapid alignment, and iterative decision-making as the product evolved.
A key focus of our work was prototyping and refining user engagement flows to ensure navigation remained clear and intuitive across all user types. We explored multiple interaction patterns to reduce friction when accessing information, contributing knowledge, and moving between different areas of the platform.
Through iterative prototyping and ongoing collaboration, we were able to continuously validate and improve the experience in real time—ensuring the final design supported both ease of use for non-technical users and efficiency for internal teams managing more complex workflows.
