Overview
Sourcefit asked us to design SourceCX, their new CX outsourcing arm, promoting their AI platform, Knit. The goal was to build trust, show global reach and tech integration, and improve lead generation with modern UX.
Sourcefit wanted to launch SourceCX as a distinct digital presence that clearly communicates their evolved customer experience offerings.
The goal was to showcase how Sourcefit blends people-first service with AI-powered tools like their proprietary platform, Knit. This meant positioning SourceCX as a next-generation CX solution—global, scalable, and powered by both human empathy and smart technology. The design needed to feel modern but warm, emphasizing trust and transparency.
Beyond branding, the site had to function as an effective sales funnel. Key requirements included flexible architecture for future content growth (e.g., industry-specific pages, insights hub), an interactive pricing page to highlight cost efficiency, and a strong lead-generation structure through visible CTAs. Global capability also needed to be emphasized, with dedicated space to highlight Sourcefit’s delivery centers and “optishoring” model. The client wanted a seamless experience that could convert interest into consultations with minimal friction.
We began with strategy and discovery, aligning with the client on SourceCX’s tone, structure, and user goals.
From there, we created wireframes focused on clarity, scannability, and seamless user flows—particularly around understanding services, exploring the “Knit” platform, and requesting pricing or consultations. Navigation was structured to support both exploration and conversion, with thoughtful information hierarchy and page layouts that emphasize trust, global scale, and Sourcefit’s people-first approach.
Visually, we aimed for a modern, tech-enabled feel without losing warmth. We used clean UI patterns, custom iconography, and real-team imagery to reinforce credibility. Interactive elements like service tabs, pricing comparisons, and a global office map added engagement without complexity. The final high-fidelity prototype reflected a cohesive design system, mobile responsiveness, and a clear CTA flow. The result: a flexible, scalable web experience that’s both polished and conversion-focused—ready to grow alongside SourceCX’s evolving service offerings.
