Overview
Transcend is a free dual-academy learning platform by Sourcefit that prepares people for an AI-driven workplace. It combines practical AI training with human skills like critical thinking and professional judgment, while connecting learning to real employment opportunities.
The client wanted Transcend to feel forward-looking and strongly connected to the rapidly evolving world of AI.
The visual direction called for a more dynamic and technology-led experience, using gradients, movement, digital graphics, and energetic compositions to distinguish the platform as something built for the future of work.
At the same time, Transcend sits within the wider Sourcefit ecosystem, so the design needed to maintain a sense of familiarity with the parent brand rather than feeling completely disconnected. Sourcefit itself positions technology and AI alongside its people and operations, making that balance between AI and human capability particularly relevant to the Transcend concept.
We developed a visual direction that leans heavily into the AI theme through vibrant gradients, abstract digital forms, subtle movement, and more expressive graphic elements.
These are balanced with structured layouts, generous spacing, and modular content sections to keep the experience clear and approachable despite the more energetic visual language. The alternating light and dark sections also help create rhythm throughout the page and give each part of the Transcend story its own distinct moment.
To keep the experience connected to Sourcefit, we retained familiar elements from its broader visual language, particularly its blue and teal foundation with touches of warm accent colours, while pushing these into brighter gradients and more contemporary treatments for Transcend. The result is a sub-brand that feels more experimental and AI-focused while still belonging naturally within the Sourcefit family.
